What this website collects

This site is a static brochure. There are no contact forms, no account logins, no newsletter signups and no payment processing. It does not ask you for personal information, and the nutrition calculator runs entirely in your browser — the values you type are never transmitted anywhere and are gone as soon as you close or reload the page.

Standard technical information may be recorded by the hosting provider that serves these pages, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested. This is used only to keep the site available and secure.

Information you choose to send me

If you call, text or email using the details on the contact page, I receive whatever you choose to share — typically your name, phone number or email address, and details about your training goals, schedule, injuries or health history.

I use that information only to:

• Reply to you and arrange a conversation about coaching
• Assess whether coaching with me is appropriate for you
• Write and adjust your training and nutrition programming if you become a client

I do not sell, rent or trade your information. I do not add you to marketing lists you did not ask to join, and I don't use your details to run advertising.

Health information

Coaching conversations often involve health details — injuries, medications, sleep, medical clearances. I treat that information as confidential. It is used only to program safely for you and is shared with a third party only if you ask me to (for example, coordinating with your physical therapist) or if the law requires it.

How long information is kept

Enquiry messages are kept while the conversation is live and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you return. Active client records are kept for the duration of coaching and for a period afterwards for continuity and record-keeping. You can ask me to delete your information at any time.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies and does not build a profile of you across other websites. Fonts are loaded from a third-party font service, which necessarily receives the request for those files. If basic, aggregated traffic measurement is added in future, this policy will be updated first.

Third parties

The site is served by a hosting provider and social links point to platforms operated by other companies. Once you follow an outbound link, that platform's own privacy policy applies, not mine.

Your choices

You can ask me what information I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Email moten.timothy17@gmail.com or call (562) 735-7045 and I'll handle it directly — there's no ticket system between us.

Children

Coaching services are intended for adults. I do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18 without a parent or guardian involved in the conversation.

Changes to this policy

If how I handle information changes, this page is updated with a new date at the top. Continued use of the site after an update means the revised policy applies.
